Both photograph and certificate were hanging on the wall of Louis Webert's home, 401 Brainard Street, Watertown, New York. My mother and I (Mary Elaine Webert Kelly and Paul F. Kelly) went to visit Louis Webert and his wife, Marjorie Dekin in December of 1986. These photos were taken during our visit. | |
