The photo on the left is a photo of a photo (taken by Paul F. Kelly) of Rudolph Webert. The Photo on the right is a photo of a marriage certificate between Rudolph Webert and Margareta Sellman. Marriage date: 4th July, 1893, Lafargeville, New York. Both photograph and certificate were hanging on the wall of Louis Webert's home, 401 Brainard Street, Watertown, New York. My mother and I (Mary Elaine Webert Kelly and Paul F. Kelly) went to visit Louis Webert and his wife, Marjorie Dekin in December of 1986. These photos were taken during our visit.
