1120 | Frank B. Kelly comes through the Phasma Communicator again! As I am working on the Rout family genealogy (William M. Rout) today, the Phasma communicator displayed the photo of Frank B. Kelly. William M. Rout was also a policeman, and he and Frank B. Kelly must have worked together in the same precinct. They also were living next door to one another in 1910. It appears that William M. Rout may have joined the police force in 1897. Was that Frank B. Kelly communicating with me through the PhasmaCommunicator, telling me the year 1897, the same time as I was researching William M. Rout? See Rout-Kelly-Connection-today-2.PNG. | ||
