      Reff-Minnoe
      Clayton, Sept. 24 - The marriage of Miss Mary E. Minnoe, daughter of Mr. And Mrs. John Minnoe, to Charles J. Reff, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Reff, of Rosiere, took place at 7:30 Thursday morning at St. Mary's Catholic church in this village, the Rev. Father Garrand officiating. The bride was attired in a dark blue travelling suit, with a white Paris hat, and carried a large bouqet of red roses. The bridesmaid, Miss Florence Reff, a sister of the bridegroom, wore a blue suit with hat to match, and carried a bouqet of pink roses. The bridegroom was attended by Theodore ______?, a cousin of the bride. The bridal party entered the church, which was prettily decorated, to the strains of Lohengrin's wedding march. The young couple left the church to the strains of Mendelesohn's march. Entering an auto they left for the home of the bride's mother, where a daintily prepared wedding breakfast was served. The dining room was prettily decroated for the occasion, the color scheme being pink and white. The bridal party left for a week's camping trip on the St. Lawrence and upon their return they will reside in this village. They were presented with many handsome gifts, consisting of cut glass, linen, silver and money. The bridegrooms gift to the bride was a pearl necklace.
      Those present at the wedding were: Mr. and Mrs. Michael Reff, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Reff, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Cornaire and son Ralph, and the Misses Leona and Florence Reff of Rosiere, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Collins, Miss Emma Collins, Miss Marie Wood, Mrs. Jack Turgeon, Miss Edith Turgeon, Miss Ella Guayatte?, Mrs. Harry Casey, and Theodore Vott of Clayton; Mrs. John Melvin, the Misses Pearl and Leda Melvin, Mrs. Walter Foertsch, and Ira Melvin of Baldwinsville, and Sergt. Louis Burke of Syracuse.
