MARRIAGE LICENSE
Known all Men by this Certificate, that any person authorized by law to perform marriage ceremonies within the state of New York to whom this may come, he, not knowing any lawful impediment thereto, is hereby authorized and empowered to solemnize the rites of matrimony between Walter Webert of Evans Mills in the county of Jefferson and state of New York and Gladys M. MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
TO CITY AND TOWN CLERKS
Domestic relations law - Section 19 . . . On or before the fifteenth day of each month the said town and city clerk . . . shall file in the office of the county clerk of the county in which said town is situated, a copy . . . of each . . . license and certificate, which have been filed or made before him during the preceding month . . . He shall not be required to file any of said documents with the county clerk or the state department of health until the license is returned with the certificate showing that the marriage to which they refer has been actually performed.
I, Rev. Joseph P. Heslin a Catholic Preiest residing at 129 Winthrop in the city/town of Watertown in the county of Jefferson and state of New York, do hereby certify that I did on this 23rd day of June in the year A.D. 1930 at Watertown in the county of Jefferson and state of New York, solemnize the rites of matrimony between Walter Webert of Evans Mills in the county of Jefferson and state of New York, and Gladys Fraley of Watertown in the county of Jefferson and state of New York in the presence of Mildred E.
