      David F. Marion makes solemn oath before me, the undersigned, Judge of the Probate Court, within and for the County of Pickaway, that he is more than twenty-one years of age, and has no lawful wife living: And that Rebecca J. Rout is more than eighteen years of age, and has no lawful husband living; that she is a resident
      of the County of Pickaway aforesaid; and that he knows of no legal objection to the marriage contemplated between these two parties. And further saith not.
      Sworn to and subscribed before me this 31st day of Dec., 1869
