We are not sure what happened but Peter died in 1852 at the very early age of 35.
After Peter II died in 1852 Delia remarried. She married a man named Felix Mance in 1852. It has been said that he forced her to give away all her children before he would consent to marry her. There are census showing some of her children living with them, but many disappeared after she married him. It is not known what happened to several of the children.
While married to Felix Delia had two more children:
1. Catherine Elizabeth Mance
2. Joseph Felix Mance, Born: June 8, 1865, Cape Vincent,
