Will of Owen Woods.
The estate of Owen Woods, by his will, dated October 25, 1905, and filed today for probate in the Supreme Court, is to be distributed as follows: The sum of $1,000 to his brother, Charles Woods; $400 to his brother Arthur Woods; $600 each to his sisters, Mrs. John McKenny and Mrs. Henry J. McDermott; $400 to his sister Mrs. Bernard Kelly, and $400 to his niece Susanna Flannagan. he sum of $500 is left to his nephew, Rev. Frank X. McKenny, for masses.The executors are directed to sell premises 1601 and 1603 12th street, and, after paying the bequests mentioned, to distribute the remainder of the proceeds among the beneficiaries. Rev. Frank X. McKenny and Henry J. McDermott are named as executors.

FROM ST PAULS CHURCH
Funeral services over the body of Arthur Woods who died at his sisters residence,
2111 Twelfth street northwest, last evening from a stroke of paralysis, will be held from the St Pauls Church tomorrow afternoon at 2 oclock. Services will be conducted by
Father Mackim pastor of St Pauls Church. Interment will be at Mt Olivet. Mr Woods died at the age of seventy seven. He was born in Ireland removing to this country when very young. He was a veteran of the Civil War, having served for three years and been wounded twice. Although he served through a large part of the great contest Mr Woods could never be induced to Join any of the patriotic organizations of this city, devoting himself wholly to church work.
