On March2, 2005, I received this document from Mary Smith, Clerk of Town of LeRay. She sent this transcription of a death certificate for "Mary B. Farley" who died August 12, 1937. The stupid moron mispelled the last name - it should be Fraley, not Farley! ARRGGHHH!!!!! I am writing to NYSDH to get a COPY of the death certificate...
