This indenture made the fourteenth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eighthundred and forty eight betwenn Cornelius Van Allen and Laura Ann his wife of Brownville Jefferson County, N.Y. of the first part and John Bigers of the town of Brownville Jefferson Co. State of New York of the second part witneseth that the said parties of the first part in consideration of the sum of two hundred and forty dollars lawful money of the United States of America to them paid by the said party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold released and confirmed and by these presents do grant bargain sell release and confirm to the party of the second part his heirs and assigns all that part of lot No. four hundred and seventy seven of the subdivision of great great Lot No. four of Macombs Purchase and bounded as follows viz.Beginning at south west corner of said lot No. 477 running north 37 1/2 |
