PETER REFF ESTATE
WILL
In the name of God, Amen, I Peter REFF of the town of Cape Vincent, County of Jefferson, and State of New York, being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish, and declare, this my last will and testament in manner and form following, that is to say;
First, I give, bequeath, and devise, onto my son John REFF, one undivided fourth Part of all real and personal property, whatsoever or wheresoever the said may be.
Second, in like manner, I give to my son Michael REFF one fourth part of all property,
Third, in like manner I give to my daughter, Barbra ADAMS wife of Christopher ADAMS, one fourth part of all my property.
Fourth, I give in like manner, Mary REFF, John REFF, Michael REFF, Delia REFF, Mary Ann REFF, and Ignatious REFF, children of my son Peter REFF (deceased), one fourth part of my property, to be devided, share and share alike amoung the said six children provided they should all survive me and arrive at the age of twenty one years, but in case any of the six children should not survive me and arrive at the age of twenty one years, then and there can the said one fourth part of my property, so given and bequeathed shall be devided equally, share and share alike, amoung them of the said six children mentioned who shall survive me and arrive at the age of twenty one and not otherwise, and I direct my executors to pay my son's six children as so many of them shall survive me and arrive at the age of twenty one years, the amount owed to each only when he or she shall have arrived at the age of twenty one years.
Fifth, and lastly, I do hereby appoint my two sons John REFF and Michael REFF executors of this my last will and testament. hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
