Text | Philadelphia, N.Y. July 22, 1902 Dear Chris, Received your kind welcome letter and will acxept with greatest of pleasure your kind invitation for Saturday night. I hope you are feeling much better than you were when you wrote as it is very hard to work when one is not feeling well in haying. I will be at Strickland's quite a few days yet as I like it here very much. Will also be here Saturday night. Is Winnie going & is Myra coming down. I hope they will both go? You ask me to tell you about Winnie & I don't know much to tell you as I do not see her very often all I can say is that her & Mr. Belyle are going to be married because it is best for both parties. I am sorry I ever was with her as much as I was but I did not know how people talked about her or I would not have been. I received the present from Win Fraley to-day and will thank her Saturday night - I can talk better than I can write "Although I can do both" I must close as half-past four Stricklands' voice echoes up the stair door. Chris we will not quarrel any more at least if I can help it. I commenced the other quarrel and I am very sorry it ever happened and I will be ever true to you and hope you to be the same as I know you were and trust you will ever be true. I tell you more than this Saturday night when I will see you as of old times from Your truest Sincere friend (Forgive + Forget) Grace L. Thomson Phila N.Y. Route 1 Kisses xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and I'll see you soon write soon Don't Diss | |
