Made the 31st day of October Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-one(1931)
Between Ferd A. Besha (Widower) of the Town of Champion, County of Jefferson, and State of New York,
party of the first part, and
Mary L. Fraley of Evans Mills, County of Jefferson, and Sate of New York,
party of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of One ($1.00# Dollar
($1.00# ) lawful money of the United States,
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever, an undivided interest in and to all THAT TRACT, PIECE OR PARCEL OF LAND, situate in the Town of Champion County of Jefferson and State of New York, bounded as follows, viz; Beginning at a red cedar stake, a corner of Mr. Henry's land, from thence S. 35 1/2 |
