I know she had 4 children; Jerome (or Jeremiah), Isaac, Matthew and Winifred. Any ideas welcome. Thanks you Bob Parsons From: Dawn Webb [dawnwebb@optusnet.com.au] Sent: Saturday, April 21, 2007 8:30 AM To: oxfordshire@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [OXF] Marriage Burrowes/Gregory and Biggar(s) Hi Bob I too have Burrows family in Oxfordshire. By early 1800s they were in Holton and Wheatfield and surrounding parishes. Before that, we think the same regions - many Burrows, we have suspicions, not yet confirmed. Probably towards Thame and Aylesbury, Ottmoor.. Blenheim when it was being built. All perhaps. Family names are common - and include James, Thomas, William and Charles for the men. We suspect also John may be a family name - again, not sure. If you think it possible there is a connection, please - I would love to hear from you Dawn (Melbourne Australia) From: Dave Beames [dave.beames@ntlworld.com] Sent: Saturday, April 21, 2007 8:28 AM To: oxfordshire@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [OXF] Marriage Burrowes/Gregory and Biggar(s) No likely marriage in Witney, for either name.
